I hear lots of people talking about homeopathy but they are not getting long term progressive results.
Yes, they can address a headache or poison ivy or even the flu but increased vitality and long term health is evasive for them. As they age they have more and more issues and spend their time going to alternative or allopathic practitioners. The reality is - THEY CAN FIX THIS THEMSELVES!!
So how do you do this? It is not a gimmick or the latest craze in allopathic or alternative medicines. It is taking the time to learn and analyze what is going on and then adjusting various things in order to improve your quality of life. Homeopathy is an important part of this because we all know that issues (Yes, physical issues too!) are derived from the emotional plane and homeopathy has the ability to reach and clear issues on this plane. Chronic and Acute Remedies are an important part of this BUT we need to look at other things as well.
We need to look at what we are eating and drinking on a regular basis. Eating junk food is not going to give you quality of life. I see lots of people in denial on this. They tell me how well they eat and they don't look any further. If you have an issue more than likely you are eating something that is not right for YOUR body. You need to change what you are eating. For me - I know I can trash my body very easily by eating non-healthy foods. I can feel it as soon as I eat them! Pay close attention to how you are feeling and what you ate.
Look at any medications -over the counter or prescribed - that you take. ALL MEDICATIONS HAVE SIDE EFFECTS. Be aware of what the side effects of your medications are. See if there is a way around taking the medication. Remember you can have a diagnosed issue and die "with it" instead of dying "from it." However, the side effects of the medication you are taking can impact your quality of life.
Look at your life style and if you are stressed - running from here to there- figure out a way to make it less stressed. Do less. Ask others to help you. Make others around you accountable. Wherever your stress is try to lessen it and keep it out of your life as much as possible. We need to strive to be in a balanced state as much as possible in order to have a good long term quality of life.
After you have addressed these things then come back to homeopathy. Know the basics of homeopathy and how it works. This means taking multiple classes and practicing it so that you can understand it pretty much backwards and forwards. You need to use remedies to see and feel results on yourself. You need to use remedies to see and feel results on others and if you can do the same with your animals that is icing on the cake!! Working on the physical plane is fine for learning but now you need to move to the emotional plane in order to get your increased long term vitality.
On the emotional plane we all tend to reside in one emotional state at one time. This state equates to a homeopathic remedy for our current emotional state of being. This remedy is called our Chronic remedy and it is used in a low potency (usually 6C in an RSB) daily -most often multiple times a day. So if we are over responsible and doing lots of things, love our dairy and feel overwhelmed a lot this can equate to the homeopathic remedy calcarea carbonica which we would take in order to strengthen our self. We didn't get in this state overnight so expect to use this chronic remedy over a period of time - maybe months or even years. When our feelings/state of emotional being changes then we would change this remedy to the one that matches our current emotional state. Realize that even though this chronic remedy is only a 6C it will help you too feel and get to a more balanced state. You will feel less stressed, have more energy and feel more rested. You have to pay close attention to your state of being because this more balanced state is very subtle but it is cumulative and you will feel better and better over time. But there is more . . .
Now you will need to work on the emotional plane with acute emotional remedies which tend to be a 30 potency. Physical remedies can also be used as you are trying to dissipate any issues in order to clear the way for your chronic remedy to continue moving you to an even more balanced state. If you are feeling angry and taken advantage of you may need Staphysagria 30 in order to clear this state. I like to "wear" the remedy in a tiny envelope which I teach my students in the beginner series. If the remedy is in your energy field you feel the effects of the remedy. Keep this remedy on you until you no longer feel angry and then you take the envelope off of your body. You are typically using many different emotional acute remedies during this process and changing them out as needed - using them one at a time. if you feel like you are getting the flu maybe you put Gels on you in an envelope. Then you would take it off when you no longer needed the flu remedy. Using remedies this way can be very productive in helping your to move to a much more balanced state of being which in turn makes you feel better overall.
What else can you do? Well adding herbal tinctures when needed for a specific issue is good. Cell salts are also helpful for strengthening over a longer period. Remember to pay close attention to how you feel. If what you are taking is not making a difference then there is NO REASON TO TAKE IT. Also, I notice there are lots of people taking something continually as a preventative without having any symptoms of that issue. In my opinion I think it is better to take remedies, etc when the issue is active. Maybe think about taking gels or acon for anxiety and fear if you feel taking a preventative is required. Your body is not having symptoms so it is not telling you to take it - BUT your mind is!! So take the emotional remedies to calm your mind as that is where something is needed.
Also, taking something as a preventative continually is NOT always the best thing to do. Robin Murphy, my mentor always said that this will lessen the impact when your body really needs it to work. So my suggestion is to take something when you are feeling off and stop it when you feel better.
The bottom line is - using the methods I have described above will work. How do I know? I live by it and I see results. I watch others use it and I see results. I use it on animals and I get results. These methods were important enough for me to write classes on them in order to teach everyone how to use them. In reality the methods are very simple and straightforward. Maybe they are too simple for many because they seem to keep looking for something else. Please - take my word for this. This way of using homeopathy along with the other things I mentioned will give you quality of life and long term vitality even as you age!!
